Unfortunately, there are no easy ways to develop strength. It only comes from experiencing pressure and force.
Whenever we struggle, we twist and churn with raw emotion. The pain close to unbearable. Until we discover the lesson that the struggle brought into our lives. It is a gift. Ask yourself, “What am I meant to learn from this experience.” And in silent meditation and prayer, bless your struggle and let it go. Let the answer from your prayers guide you from strength to strength. Everything is a lesson of growth and expansion.
